Polly works with you to understand your business need and translate that into a concise and achievable strategy.  She will help you implement this strategy and will bring the following skills to the fore:

  • Business Planning – she will help you articulate your business plan and future direction
  • People Management – working with your team to implement new processes, deliver the change programme, identify training and development needs
  • Change Management – she will support your organisation and stakeholders to implement new processes
  • Marketing and Communications – delivery of communication strategies including social media, website development, newsletters and other communication channels
  • Project and Programme Management – PRINCE2 trained she will ensure your project is delivered on time and within budget
  • Fundraising – she will help you meet your fundraising aims.  This can include bid writing, seeking sponsorship and donations and running fundraising activities.
  • Events – organising large scale events and conferences or smaller meetings
  • Performance Management – development of targets and outcomes, analysis of trends and outputs
  • Commissioning and contracting – preparing specifications, carrying out tendering exercises and choosing contractors.
